I didn't get an email inviting me to sign up to HeadStart?
We have sent everybody that has completed NCS an email inviting them to sign up to HeadStart. This has been sent to the email address we have on our system from NCS - please check again! If you have not received this for any reason do not worry, just click this link and you will be able to access the application. When signing up to HeadStart, please remember to use the same email address you used for NCS.
I am now using a different email address, can you resend the invite?
That is totally fine we understand that many of you will have changed your email addresses since registering for NCS. Please use your old email address to initially access the application, once you are in you will be able to tell us what your new email address is under personal details.
Who do I contact if I can't log into my profile?
If you are having trouble logging in do not worry we have some tips that may help you. Firstly please make sure you are using the email address that we used to contact you and tell you about HeadStart; this is the only way you are able to access the application.
